Knight Aerospace is the world’s leading manufacturer of airworthy roll-on/roll-off modules, which are customizable to meet requirements, including DV/VIP transport, medical evacuation, medical transport, and other missions All of our products are made in the USA and can be scaled to fit any cargo aircraft and customer requirements. These modules are designed for the safety and comfort of passengers in military cargo aircraft such as the C-130, C-17.

Palletized Systems

Knight Aerospace produces high-quality and durable Palletized Systems, which are designed and manufactured entirely in-house. Our systems are considered to be the safest in the industry and have been approved by major military and civilian organizations, as well as aircraft OEMs. These systems are customizable to meet the unique needs of each customer and are used on cargo aircraft all around the world.

Ground Support Equipment

Knight Aerospace is authorized to manufacture Ground Support Equipment for military cargo aircraft like the C-130, C-17, and C-390. We design support equipment for any aircraft and manufacture equipment based on customer-provided drawings. All products are made in the USA.

Our ground support equipment is designed to meet relevant  industry standards, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and safety in every aspect of aircraft maintenance and handling. Whether you require a Build-to-print solution or prefer to provide your specifications, our manufacturing prowess covers a spectrum of processes, including cutting, machining (both mechanical and CNC), sheet metal work, and meticulous assembly.

Knight Aerospace, an accredited producer of ground support equipment (GSE), stands as a trusted partner in expediting mission readiness for military cargo aircraft, including the C-130, C-17, and C-390. Our comprehensive capabilities encompass the design and fabrication of GSE, tailored to the exact specifications provided by our customers.

Upgrades & Refreshments  

Knight Aerospace offers interior blanket replacement kits, galley upgrades, lavatory upgrade and refurbishment, cockpit seating refurbishments, and GSE refurbishment.
