In 1992 we committed to building high quality products that exceed customer expectations, and we've been creating satisfied customers ever since. At Knight Aerospace, we’ve brought together the best and brightest to develop innovative technologies and to become the leaders in our field.

Medical Systems

In 2014, we took things to a whole new level by founding Knight Aerospace Medical Systems, LLC to focus on Medevac. This organization was dedicated to safely transporting patients in cargo aircraft like the C-130, C-17, C-390, and more. And, in 2017, we merged both companies under the name Knight Aerospace.

Our executive team is made up of engineers, business innovators, and former military operators. We’re all located in San Antonio, Texas! We operate from the Port San Antonio technology campus, and rubbing shoulders with other innovators in aerospace, defense, logistics, cybersecurity, and manufacturing. Modular Systems

Knight Aerospace is the world’s leading manufacturer of airworthy roll-on/roll-off modules, which are customizable to meet requirements, including DV/VIP transport, medical evacuation, medical transport, and other missions All of our products are made in the USA and can be scaled to fit any cargo aircraft and customer requirements. These modules are designed for the safety and comfort of passengers in military cargo aircraft such as the C-130, C-17.

At Knight Aerospace, our mission is to modernize aerospace transportation with a focus on airworthy modular aircraft solutions. We aim to provide adaptable and customizable options for an ever-changing world, addressing current challenges and proactively preparing for future missions.

Palletized Systems

Knight Aerospace produces high-quality and durable Palletized Systems, which are designed and manufactured entirely in-house. Our systems are considered to be the safest in the industry and have been approved by major military and civilian organizations, as well as aircraft OEMs. These systems are customizable to meet the unique needs of each customer and are used on cargo aircraft all around the world.

Knight Aerospace produces high-quality and durable Palletized Systems, which are designed and manufactured entirely in-house. Our systems are considered to be the safest in the industry and have been approved for flight by military and civilian organizations, as well as aircraft OEMs.

Ground Support Equipment

Knight Aerospace is authorized to manufacture Ground Support Equipment for military cargo aircraft like the C-130, C-17, and C-390. We design support equipment for any aircraft and manufacture equipment based on customer-provided drawings. All products are made in the USA.

Our ground support equipment is designed to meet relevant industry standards, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and safety in every aspect of aircraft maintenance and handling. Whether you require a Build-to-print solution or prefer to provide your specifications, our manufacturing prowess covers a spectrum of processes, including cutting, machining (both mechanical and CNC), sheet metal work, and meticulous assembly.

Knight Aerospace, an accredited producer of ground support equipment (GSE), stands as a trusted partner in expediting mission readiness for military cargo aircraft, including the C-130, C-17, and C-390. Our comprehensive capabilities encompass the design and fabrication of GSE, tailored to the exact specifications provided by our customers.

UPGRADES & REFURBISHMENTS

With 30+ years of experience in aviation manufacturing, Knight Aerospace offers galley refurbishment or redesign, lavatory refurbishment or redesign, electrical panel installations, interior blanket replacement kits, cockpit galley upgrades, and cockpit seating refurbishments. All products are made in the USA.
