Knight Aerospace Medevac Pallets bring the leading technology to the forefront to provide operators the best systems to support all patient operational requirements.  Utilizing Knight Aerospace’s high quality Pallets and incorporating approved Stacking Litter Systems or Critical Care Beds, these systems combined provide all cargo aircraft operators with a airworthy, safe to fly roll-on/roll-off system.

The manufacturing processes used at Knight Aerospace were developed to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers in a Cargo Transport Aircraft.  All processes are strictly controlled and are performed according to Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR’s) as well as Joint Commission and OSHA.

Features:

• Knight Aerospace designs and Manufactures all pallets
• All pallets are designed to meet or exceed the crash loads of the aircraft
• Pallets can be scalable to meet the aircraft and customer requirements
  • The Pallets sizes are 108” wide or 88” wide depending on the aircraft.
  • Pallets can also be universal in that one pallet can be used on the 108” wide bias and the 88” bias
• No Gaps between multiple Pallets
• Anti-Movement Device for no In-flight shifting
• All seats are TSO approved
• All Litters and/or Critical Care Systems have Safe-to-Fly Certificates and are approved by the FAA

Loading:

• Designed to easily and quickly load through the cargo door
• Loading From Fork Lift or Standard Cargo Loaders
• Secures to cargo handling system
• Connections made to aircraft power and communications

Aircraft

• Pallets can operate on any aircraft that utilizes a cargo handling system for a 463L size pallet.
  • Military Cargo Aircaft: All C-130 platforms, C17, C-390, A-400M, C2, C27J, C295 and C5.
  • Commercial cargo Aircraft: L100, LM-100J, B737 and B747 aircraft

• 108” Wide x 88” Long x 80” Tall
• Weight: 1250 lbs.
• Knight Aerospace designed and manufactured Pallet
• Three Stacking Patient Litter System on the left hand side and right hand side of the Pallet
• TSO approved Seats with Seat Belts (Seats replace Litter on either side of the Pallet)
  • Seats are TSO C-127a approved with 250 lbs. passenger tested
• Stacking Litter System is USAF approved and TSO approved
• Seats and Stacking Litter System are installed on seat track and easily removable
